When he opted to replace the crumbling original house on this Westboro property, this repeat customer contacted Novera Homes immediately. The homeowner wanted his new home to honour the previous house and respect the neighbourhood. Novera Homes joined with award-winning design firm Chuck Mills Design to develop a 4,000-square-foot foot dream home that had a classic sensibility on the outside while being decisively modern within. With an exterior palette of grey stone and white wood siding, the design fits beautifully with the character of this older neighbourhood.
